Purple Heather Pty Ltd is expanding our clinical team, and we are seeking compassionate, reliable and professional Registered Nurses to support people with disabilities across Perth's Northern Corridor.

About the Role

You will work across a variety of high-quality supports, including:

  • Medication administration & clinical monitoring

  • Providing NDIS supports

  • Clinical assessments and person-centred care planning

  • Managing complex health conditions

  • Accurate documentation and incident reporting

  • Working collaboratively with Support Mentors, families and allied health teams

What You Need

  • Current AHPRA Registration – Registered Nurse

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) is a must

  • Experience in disability, community or clinical nursing (preferred)

  • Understanding of NDIS High-Intensity Support Skills Descriptors (or willingness to train)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • National Police Clearance

  • Working With Children Check

  • Current First Aid & CPR

  • Driver's licence & reliable vehicle

We are seeking a Supported Employee to join our team and work alongside participants in a supportive, structured environment.

This role is suited to someone patient, reliable, and respectful, with a genuine interest in helping people build skills, confidence, and independence through meaningful work.

  • Support participants in day-to-day work tasks

  • Encourage skill development and workplace confidence

  • Follow individual support plans and workplace routines

  • Work as part of a supportive team

About you

  • Calm, reliable, and approachable

  • Comfortable working one-on-one and in small groups

  • Willingness to learn and take direction

  • Previous experience in disability support is helpful but not required

We are looking for a Support Mentor to provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support to participants working towards greater independence and life skills.

This role focuses on building trust, routine, and confidence while supporting participants to achieve their individual goals.

About the role

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support

  • Mentor participants in daily activities and goal setting

  • Encourage independence, communication, and personal growth

  • Work closely with families and support teams

About you

  • Patient, empathetic, and consistent

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to build positive, professional relationships

  • Experience in disability support, mentoring, or community services preferred

Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • Working With Children Check (if applicable)

  • Relevant qualification or experience desirable
